Updated: 2026-10-30
Site: Fosia Pay

Fosia Affiliates gives your WooCommerce shop its own affiliate programme. Customers, creators and agencies recommend you with their own link or coupon code, you see who brought which sale, and you pay each affiliate every month by Mobile Money.

### What’s included

- **Affiliates**: a sign-up page created for you (or My account › Affiliate), your approval for each application, terms acceptance recorded with the date, the Mobile Money number for payouts
- **Links and coupons**: `?ref=` on any page, short `/go/` links, a link builder, a QR code, WhatsApp, Telegram, X and Facebook sharing, a ready-to-send WhatsApp message, and coupon codes that credit the affiliate without any cookie
- **Privacy first**: the referral cookie waits for the visitor’s consent; visits are logged without IP addresses
- **Commissions**: rates for the whole programme, a category, a product or one affiliate (percentage or fixed); renewals credited for life by default; customers stay linked to the affiliate who brought them; each commission waits for your refund period, refunds are corrected automatically and suspicious orders are flagged
- **Dashboards**: each affiliate sees their links, visitors, sales, money pending, ready and paid, and their payouts; you see what needs you today, your top affiliates, links and products, with CSV exports
- **Payouts**: monthly runs above a minimum, prepared by one person and approved by a second; each line keeps its payment reference, so nobody is paid twice; a commission is marked paid only once the payment is confirmed; or export the run as a CSV file
- Banners, ready-made posts and videos for your affiliates; e-mails at every step and a monthly statement
- Guided setup in about 3 minutes; English and French; REST API and WP-CLI; privacy export and erase

### Works with any payment method

Commissions are counted on WooCommerce orders whatever the gateway: Fosia Pay Lite, Fosia Pay Pro or any other. To pay affiliates by Mobile Money from the plugin, use your own PawaPay merchant account (its payouts key is saved in the plugin) or Fosia Pay Pro; or export the run as a CSV file. Fosia never holds your money.

### Requirements

- WordPress 6.0 or later with WooCommerce 7.0 or later
- PHP 7.4 or later

### Licence

- **Yearly licence** for 1 site: updates and email support for 1 year.
- It never renews automatically: there is nothing to cancel.
- Without a valid licence nothing is deleted; tracking, new commissions and new payout runs pause until you renew.

### Good to know

- One licence = one site. The key locks to the first site where you activate it; contact us to move it.
- Your licence key is e-mailed as soon as your Mobile Money payment is confirmed; download the plugin from **My account**.
- Full refund within 14 days, by Mobile Money.
