Fosia affiliate programme terms

1. The programme

The Fosia affiliate programme is run by Fosia Ltd, registered in Rwanda, 1 KN 78 St, Kigali (infos@fosiarw.com). Joining is free. You apply on pay.fosiarw.com/affiliates/; Fosia may approve or refuse any application. When you apply you accept these terms; the date and the version you accepted are recorded.

2. Commission

You earn 35% of the price paid, before tax, for each paid licence bought through your link or your coupon code: Fosia Pay Pro, Pro + AI and Agency (yearly, lifetime and founders deal) and Fosia Crowdfunding Pro. A customer you referred stays linked to you: you also earn 35% of every renewal and of every later paid licence that customer buys, for as long as they remain a Fosia customer. Free products (Fosia Pay Lite, Fosia Crowdfunding Lite) and donations earn no commission. Fosia may change the rate or the products covered; a change applies only to sales made after it is announced to you by e-mail, never to commissions already earned.

3. How a sale is credited

A sale is credited when the buyer opened your link (/go/yourcode/ or a page with ?ref=yourcode) and accepted cookies, then bought within 30 days; the most recent partner link counts. A sale is also credited when the buyer types your coupon code at checkout; a coupon code has priority over a link. No referral cookie is placed before the visitor agrees. Fosia may credit a sale by hand when a customer tells us who referred them. Purchases by the affiliate, or for the affiliate's own sites, are not credited.

4. Hold period and refunds

Each commission is held for 14 days, the refund window of our licences, then confirmed. A full refund or a cancellation cancels the commission; a partial refund reduces it. If the commission was already paid, the amount is deducted from your next payout. Commissions that look abnormal (for example an order placed seconds after the click) are reviewed by hand before they are confirmed.

5. Payment

Confirmed commissions are paid once a month, around the 5th, when they reach at least 10 USD; below that they carry over to the next month. Payment is made by Mobile Money through PawaPay to the number you give, which must be in your own name. Commissions are counted in US dollars and paid in the currency of your Mobile Money account at Fosia's exchange rate of the day the payout is prepared, rounded down. Every payout is prepared by one person and approved by a second person at Fosia. If a payout fails (for example a wrong number), we tell you and the amount stays due.

6. What is not allowed

• Referring yourself, your own company or your own sites.
• Spam: unsolicited messages, mass e-mails, or posting in WhatsApp groups, forums or comments where it is not welcome.
• Bidding on “Fosia” or our product names in paid search ads, or using domain names, pages or accounts that look like Fosia's.
• Misleading claims: wrong prices or features, income promises, or presenting yourself as Fosia or as an official representative.
• Publishing coupon codes on coupon, deal or cashback websites.
• Fake clicks, hidden links, forced cookies, or any trick that credits a sale you did not bring.

Commissions obtained this way are refused, and Fosia may end your participation.

7. Use of the Fosia name

You may use the names Fosia Pay and Fosia Crowdfunding to describe our products truthfully, and the banners we provide in your dashboard as they are.

8. Ending the partnership

You may leave at any time by writing to us. Fosia may suspend or end your participation at any time, in particular after a breach of these terms. Commissions confirmed before the end and earned in line with these terms stay yours and are paid under section 5.

9. Taxes

You act as an independent partner, not as an employee or agent of Fosia. You declare and pay any tax or contribution due on your commissions in your country.

10. Personal data

Fosia Ltd keeps your name, e-mail, Mobile Money number, country and operator, your website and how you promote Fosia, the date and version of the terms you accepted, and your commissions and payouts, to run the programme and pay you. Visits to your links are logged without IP addresses and deleted after 180 days. PawaPay processes your payouts. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at infos@fosiarw.com; amounts already paid are kept as accounting records. We follow Rwanda's Law No 058/2021 relating to the protection of personal data and privacy. See the privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We tell approved affiliates by e-mail before a change applies, and the new version is recorded when you accept it.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. We will first try to settle any disagreement amicably; otherwise the competent courts of Kigali decide.
