Before you write
What should I include in a support request?
Your site address, the Fosia Pay version, the first 8 characters of your license key (never the whole key), and the relevant log from WooCommerce › Status › Logs.
How do I pay for a license?
By Mobile Money at checkout. Your license key is emailed as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Do you install it for me?
Yes. Every paid license includes a free setup call: book it on this page.
How do I get a refund?
Email us within 14 days of your purchase or renewal; see the refund policy.
