How it works
How donors give
The money goes straight to your own PawaPay account. Fosia never holds it and takes no commission.
Pick an amount
The donor opens your campaign, taps a suggested amount or types their own, and can give anonymously or leave a short message.
Approve with their PIN
Their Mobile Money number fills in the WooCommerce checkout, where Fosia Pay sends the payment prompt. They approve it on their phone.
Watch the total grow
Once PawaPay confirms, the total, progress bar and recent donors update. A refund takes the amount back out automatically.

Recent donors and updates
A donor list that shows first name and initial only (or “Anonymous”), never a phone number, plus a timeline of campaign updates.
Reward tiers and cash gifts
Donors who give a tier's amount pick its reward. Offerings and cash gifts recorded in the admin count in the totals.
Unlimited campaigns
Run as many campaigns at once as you need, each with a goal, an end date, a type, suggested amounts and a video that loads only on click.

Crowdfunding questions
Do I need Fosia Pay?
Yes. Fosia Crowdfunding collects donations through Fosia Pay Lite (free) or Fosia Pay Pro, connected to your own PawaPay merchant account.
Is it included in Pro, Pro + AI or Agency?
No. Crowdfunding is a separate add-on with its own licence: a Fosia Pay licence doesn't include it, and a Crowdfunding key doesn't activate Fosia Pay Pro.
Yearly or lifetime?
$29.99 a year, or $89 once for a lifetime licence that never expires, with updates for life. The first 100 buyers get the lifetime licence for $69.
What happens if my yearly licence expires?
Nothing is deleted. The oldest running campaign keeps accepting donations and the others pause until you renew.
How many sites can I use it on?
One licence covers one site. The key locks to the first site where you activate it; contact us to move it.
Does it use AI?
Not yet. An AI copilot to help you write and share campaigns is coming soon; it is not part of the plugin today.
